I'm paying the same price for Time warner and getting 1/3 the download speed and 1/2 the upload speed. And Time Warner seems to have a lot more downtime and slowdowns than Cablevision has, at least here in Brooklyn.<br><SMALL>--<br>If at first you don't succeed...bug them till you get what you want.</SMALL>]]></description>
