<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/394835"><b>dirtkahuna</b></A> : Most politicians are only looking out for big business, not the  underserved constituents who haven't got any way to get broadband access.<br><br>I'm working on a similar muni/private solution in Michigan, and as far as I know, there's not a similar bill in the works here.<br><br>Let's hope that people rally together and bombard the governor with their opposition.]]></description>
