Telus has been awesome so far, getting hooked up was easy as pie, the speeds are better then I had on cable and the pings are way lower too. My only complaint is that they don't have a faster residential package.

To get into the web interface, Open up your Network Adpater properties, and in TCP-IP, manually set your own IP addy, and put it as something like 10.1.1.5 and the subnet mask as 255.0.0.0 Then your default gateway as 10.1.1.1

Browse to 10.1.1.1 then it should ask you to login.. use

root as the username and
orion99 as the password.

Thats how I can get into mine... You always have to set your ip manually as 10.1.1.x first to get into it. :) Good luck, and glad to have ya as one of the team. Hope Telus is good for ya.

I tried browsing to 10.1.1.1, 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1 with no luck, just a page not found error. Are there any other IPs I can try? should I try telneting in?

I'm at work now but i'll try any suggestions when I get home tonight.
