This is called COMPETITION.  Some people will be scared off from VOIP because of poor uptime/911 issues, and others hate cable or phone so much they will go to the other no matter what.  Either way looks like a win to consumers to me.<br><br>And of course, neither the comcast deal or SBCs deal will be available for everyone/everywhere, but it's a start.]]></description>
