<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/105766"><b>indigo</b></A> : I knew it was only a matter of time before the ISPs took notice and followed the path that the colleges and universities have laid out for their networks. Namely, traffic shaping, server bans, p2p blocking, by-the-byte metering. IOW, bandwidth nazi stuff.<br><br>I can confirm that it's not AT&T. They provide my T1 line and p2p has worked just fine for me. Interesting that they are deciding to deny it. Kind of like what OOL did when their upload cap first came out.<br><br>Broadband in this country is only getting worse.]]></description>
