So I'd agree that there might have been a security issue - such as a virus or worm. Or maybe that a static IP might have been in play.

If there are children in the household in question. Peer to peer ( file sharing ) usage might lead to a warning for over usage. But I don't think we have seen many cases of this ever in this forum. I can think of one thread that may have been related to this. In the years I've been active in the forum.

Insight is normally pretty liberal in letting you use the service. Within reason of course.
