So I'd agree that there might have been a security issue - such as a virus or worm. Or maybe that a static IP might have been in play.<br><br>If there are children in the household in question. Peer to peer ( file sharing ) usage might lead to a warning for over usage. But I don't think we have seen many cases of this ever in this forum. I can think of one thread that may have been related to this. In the years I've been active in the forum.<br><br>Insight is normally pretty liberal in letting you use the service. Anyone have any idea what that means? She got a recording and left a message there. What kinds of things cause them to shut down your access and call this number to have your service restored?]]></description>
