<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1063283"><b>fegul</b></A> : Is it illegal in some countries to use a broadband line for phone services.  It's almost like the Post Office losing money because a person setup a small e-mail server, and let people setup an account.  I don't know the countries laws, or policies, but I am glad I live in a country that supports its enterpreneurs, and does not stifle them.<br><SMALL>--<br>Why bother?</SMALL>]]></description>
