well last night i called Vonage was on hold for one hour :( that sucks big time i like the old days the most i was on hold was for 10 min so the guy at Vonage tells me he will send me a BLANK UPDATE (what the hell is a blank update) so i called Vonage this am and told them i want one month free for the long hold time well they gave it to me and that's when i love Vonage and know i just need to make sure the phone works]]> http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,11505794 Tue, 05 Oct 2004 09:21:16 EDT
