<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/843547"><b>joebear29</b></A> : I called them yesterday about this when reading somewhere (not DSL Reports) that the price dropped.  I talked to the dumbest customer service rep (in billings), who first said my service was $50 less $5 bundle discount, then said it was $42 after the $5 discount, then said it was $42 less the $5 discount.  She then said the $42 price was only for new customers, but that was my price as well.  The net result was I spent 10 minutes on the phone (including 6 with a voice-recognition automated service that did not understand the words "I want to speak to a fucking representitive now you piece of shit machine") and left not having a clue what my price was going to be.<br><br>Now I know at least. :huh:]]></description>
