I agree, we're still behind the times, but at least it's a step in the right direction. I won't believe it's a true 4000 down until I can see and test it myself though. Insight claims to give me 3000 down now, which it used to be, but now the best I can muster is 2700. Hopefully Insight won't get it in their heads that now that they've given a little, that we'll all give a little (in the form of price increase, of course).
