SquareSlinky : Can you tell Verizon that, please? For years when ever it rained (I am in florida, it rains for an hour almost every day during the summer) I lost my phone for at least 2 days. I live in the city of Tampa, so I am not in the sticks. Verizon's answer was to get line insurance which costs more. They then replaced a box that they should have replaced in the beginning because its their box, and the problem continued. I eventually moved.

Vonage has gone out on me 2 times in a 1.5 years for 20 minutes.
