Otherwise, all is good all the time. Regarding emergencies, a cell phone is good for that. If you don't have a cell phone or have weak cell coverage in your area, a) get the least expensive POTS line or b) meet your neighbors and use their phone. <br><br>Just my $0.02.]]></description>
