ROFLMAO, the 11.111 seconds of latency with only a 50 mile distance made me chuckle! I don't think that speedtest is real, it looks like it was photo-shopped.

Nice to see Canada dropped from the list

There should be a large asterisk saying these countries have no restrictions on their broadband. Canada is speed throttled and traffic shaped to 30 kilobytes per second download and upload speed. We would be at the very end of the list thanks to socialism and companies that don't spend one red cent on upgrades.
