Comments on news posted 2008-09-17 09:05:48: Apparently somebody from Comcast's new customer support initiative (dubbed "Comcast cares" and frequently seen perusing Twitter) saw our lamentations yesterday about RCN canceling newsgroup service without bothering to tell customers. ..
