| Where I get mine I have DirecTV for TV, T-mobile for cell, Vonage for home phone, and a local ISP for HSI.
I have DirecTV because I've lived in a rural cable-free area on and off for years, and they've provided me with great service, no matter where I go.
I have T-mobile for cell, because when I went looking for a cell provider 4 years ago, T-mobile was the only one that would give me a post-paid cell phone without a $400+ deposit (I have bad credit). Four years later and I have 4 lines of service, UMA/@home on one line, etc.
I have Vonage for home phone service because Qwest wanted a deposit for service at my current address, even though me and my wife had 3 years of always-paid-on-time service with them previously.
I have a local ISP for broadband because nothing else (I WON'T do satellite!) is available in my area.
When ONE company can give me the service as well as the four above AND treat me as well and value my business as much, I'll gladly go with them.
But I'm quite sure my great-grandchildren will be dead by then.
