Comments on news posted 2005-11-14 12:59:57: Primus Canada DSL users in our Canadian Broadband Forum say they've started to get disconnection notices for consuming too much bandwidth. The e-mail doesn't mention any hard-cap numbers, but several users claim they were told the company decided.. ..
