@172.16.x.x | iTunes 5 The only real trouble I have with iTunes 5.0 is the fact that I can't upload any of my .m4p (protected iTunes files) to my iPod. It installed fine, and it works fine other than that. Not a fan of the new look, but I like the new features. | |

| what? listen guys, im gonna defend apple here and say this:
when you design software for a pc, its kind of hard to make it bulletproof. If you buy 5 clean PC's and test the software with no problems, theres no telling what will happen with your PC that has installed and uninstalled programs and files 1000 times in the last year (voluntarily or cause of spyware/adware/etc). Your OS is not clean. Sh*t, WINXP ships with bugs up the ars. Its corrupt from beginning to end, and sometimes it prevents beautiful software like iTunes 5.0 from working properly.
Thats not to say Apple can't learn from this and make their software more prepared for the realities of Windows PCs. But you guys need to be a bit more realistic about how flawed and unstable your OS has become since the day you bought it.
PS. Compare the new interface to the old one, side by side, and no- not the 'mini player', and you will vote 5.0 unless you are 1. Bill Gates or 2. Blind but can sing and play the piano really really well. I'm a graphic designer and I can see the psychology behind the design. Trust me, they went for the kill and they killed it. Dont be jealous suckas!
PPS: Suckas = people who stand by winamp, or worse hahaha Media Player. hahaha. losers. | |

Just thought I'd let you know, that link posted in this article goes to versiontracker and back to apple for downloading v5, not v4.9. | |
