It may be possible for "no known bugs at the time of release", but yes, impossible to predict the future.
I think it's the "known bugs" that get on people's nerves that seem to take months or years or decades to fix.  |

Idiot isn't the word for it.
"Andy Martin" is a gadfly haunted by scandal--so much so that he changed his name from Anthony R. Martin-Trigona, the name he used when he ran for Senate from Illinois back around 1980, and before that when he was a widely despised landlord in Champaign-Urbana, IL.
Some folks think he's really just deranged. I, for one, am amused by his ability to gain media attention on a fairly consistent basis....
