Why should my rates increase because some dolt continues to use Windows? Why should I be forced to pay because he doesn't keep his virus subscription up to date? Why should I care?

I use a platform that is pretty much immune from this and shouldn't have to subsidize them using substandard OS's. Let them deal with it themselves or switch to something more secure.
