Spammers always threaten

Spammers are always whining about being on the Black Lists. If they didn't spam then they wouldn't get on. Countless times I get a threatening and then a begging note to free them from my dnsbl. I refuse as always though. I know they'll just make a small adjustment and then re-spam again.
