| Legitimate Uses?
The stated purpose is an adjunct to VCR or Tivo style time shifting... except that most BitTorrents of TV shows are NOT legal and most content providers are not at all happy about people sharing them this way. Also, BitTorrent practically requires that participants be uploaders, so all are violators, and all are easily tracked.
So unless content providers authorize their own Torrents, this nice little development is doomed to the underground.

Unfortunately, the site went down only because my dumb hosting company had "max_clients" set to 10. It was actually up the whole time but refusing access. Grrr. |
