Qwest dropping the ball

Qwest raised Rates - from the previously mentioned $6.99 + $15 for DSL to $9.99 + $15. That is $3.00/month more and you get nothing more for it.

They swooned me into the 6.99 deal and then laid on this $3.00 more charge now.
