 | If only they had shown such aggressiveness with Fios While they are to be congratulated for being ahead of schedule, it is only fair to compare this performance with the way that have lied, cheated, and screwed around with Fios installations.
Keep in mind the deadlines that have been ignored, the commitments that have been abrogated, and the duplicity shown in that piece of the business. |

 | well... unfortunately... Well, I know we'll be the last market to get lit up lol. I hate that 10 miles east, and extremely smaller TOWN compared to my city, has LTE, and we don't. |

Re: If only they had shown such aggressiveness with Fios True. They were in the initial portions of FiOS but that quickly died off. LTE however, is much faster and cheaper to deploy than fiber to the home, which is why they can deploy it as fast as they've been going. Getting adequate connectivity to cell sites for LTE isn't too difficult either, since there's plenty of methods around that supply ample backhaul to each tower. |

Even before LAST month's roll out. Not only were we not mentioned in that press release for last month we weren't mention for this month nor are we mentioned as getting it in November or December yet we have it. |

Re: If only they had shown such aggressiveness with Fios The reason why FiOS slowed is 2-fold. A) the brainchild behind it left the company. B) ignorant and impatient shareholders that the new management caters to. |

HOLD YOUR CARS WE HAVE A winner!

 | Sprint where are you at? My town was listed as one of the cities that will get it before the end of the year. They've had LTE panels up for a few weeks, but I haven't seen the service go live yet at least.
My town was also supposed to be covered in Sprint's network vision.....you have 14 months to get LTE to the middle of Nebraska Sprint....good luck. |

·Verizon Wireless..
| I've had it for a year meanwhile I've had 4G for more than a year...
makes me happy... and it's not like we're a huge city either... just a small suburb of Chicago.
When VZW lit Chicago they lit the whole City and it's suburbs...
Wish they would have done this for 3g but they didn't just glad they fixed they're deployment methods for 4g |
|
 | meanwhile I get on att lte chicago suburbs average 10mb/5mb up, with occasional peak 22-30mb / 7-10mb up. Not bad for 5x5Mhz spectrum market. |
|
 | where is 4g in northern wv? Like wheeling, weirton, steubenville, moundsville? This area is booming with Natural Gas drilling industry and they make good money. Why are they leaving this area getting missed? |
|
 | Yet my speeds Yet my speeds are still below 5mbps down in Washington DC ( much worse up).
So I'm getting 3G speeds or less while paying more money for the privelege of having 4G LTE, yay! |
