This is a nice concept, but I doubt the speeds will be much better than Tor. Certainly not fast enough to satisfy the P2P crowd. |

If you weren't given permission, you aren't entitled to it. |

You brought the claim, now show a case where P2P use brought the criminal charge of theft and not the civil charge of copyright infringement. |

"How can they 'spect me to be cool and professional? Its as hot as a Republican in a Confessional!"
(I know, it sucks.)
Now, if someone reads that -- guess what -- it's still mine. I still have it. If someone sends that to someone else, I still have it, too. And so on.
If you "share" my money or car, I'm out THAT money or car (at least until you return it). If you share my song, I've lost nothing. That's why copyright infringement is different than theft. -- Robb Topolski -= funchords.com =- District of Columbia -- KJ7RL |

It's always amazing to see the great technical lengths thieves with a broken moral compass will go to to circumvent detection and justify their actions.
I'll be pedantic if you want and assert that it is blatant theft so save you're time trying to convince those with a sense of morality that it's infringement which is somehow less heinous. |

A song that crappy is ALOT different then something that takes a large amount of time to make and produce.
If a person was to make a game, they spent their hard earned money making it, and your theft, and others, will move them closer towards losing their jobs and homes for their families.
Of course people like you don't think it's hurting anyone. You only care about your anon on the internet and don't ever want to look at who you actually hurt.
Because then you may have to take responsibility. |

These theives should take a look at any federal prison. 99% of inmates won't admit to their crimes either.
Besides, if it's simply 'copyright infringement', and they don't have much to worry about beyond the RIAA, then why do they feel the need to hide their actions? |

So whether the act is illegal or not depends on the quality of the product?
I'll be back shortly, I'm going to take all the copies of Twilight from the local book store. Apparently it's not illegal because they are crappy. |

They put time and money into the creation of something that you think they wouldn't lose anything from, and they most certainly WILL. |
