| No Video Recording for us "old" iPhone users? All I can think is "WHAT THE F&%K, APPLE?" No video recording for us "old" iphone users? This is one of the MOST BASIC functions for a cell phone to have these days, and the "world's greatest cell phone" can't accomplish that. There is no way I'm shelling out $400/$500 for an upgrade to a "new" phone just to be able to shoot a damn video. It really does slap me where the sun don't shine.
The iPhone 3G-S is an iPhone 3g with a faster processor (barely noticeable compared to the demo on apple's website; I did a test while the video was playing to compare my phone and that one), more memory (I'm good with 16 gigs, thank you!), and a compass (whoooo....). The "Video Recorder" which is so UNIQUE to this new iPhone is just a piece of software that is only loaded on to the iPhone 3G-S models. Damn you apple computer... Damn you and your overpriced, missing-the-point products!! | |

| How to cancel your contract without paying a cancellation fe Ok guys, being a former Cingular/ATT user I totally understand your pain..  I naturally was able to find the way out without paying any cancellation fee! Wonder how? I don't want this info available to public as ATT will notice it later or sooner and finally halt it, or put some restrictions to it.
Anyway here you go,
1. Find a place where your iPhone or iPhone 3G has low signal nor no signal reception.
2. Find a friend over there.
3. Change an address at ATT account to the address of your friend who lives in an area where signal reception for your iPhone is weak.
4. Hand your iPhone to your friend to keep it for 31 days without using it at all.
5. Then after call ATT complaining about low signal reception and that you want to cancel your contract without paying any cancellation fee.
They will verify and cancel your contract without having you pay 175$!
Hope that helps..
I wish Apple had a new iPod Touch that has compass and video features for 199$. This is merely a hope, because Apple is not that generous.. | |
