Why did Comcast setup their customer complaint email address through Gmail? They couldnt get their comcastic IT dept to setup one at Comcast.net?
I'm not a customer of Comcast but I would think anyone with common sense would realize that is a really stupid move. |

| well GMail has all that space and Comcast has bandwidth restrictions, so it only makes sense that with all the complaints coming in on a daily basis, they'd use something efficient like GMail.
