Xbox Nat Problems

I had a previously mentioned problem but the post is a little outdated so I decided to start this post. I have a Speedstream 4200 router and a Linksys wrtg54 router. I've tried every possible configuration to get those two to work together but some ways are impossible.

At the moment I have the linksys (piece of crap) router set as a network hub only by having hooked the internet connection into the first port and not the internet port. I changed no settings. By doing such my speedstream assigns IP's. I have the mac address for my xbox reserved for the first IP it gives which is 192.168.254.1.

Now I have no need to assign it to manual Ip. With DMZ enabled I have 0 NAT issues. Everything works Peachy.

However, I want to bridge my ethernet and wireless on my laptop to allow connection via my wireless connection. Well It Would be good to go but it requires me to set the xbox to static Ip address in order to avoid IP conflict. But by doing so it causes Strict NAT issues. So I assumed, Hey must be related to the piece of crap Linksys. So I hook the router straight to the speedstream. Still the same issue. With the same settings as before. The ONLY difference was Static or Auto. It gets the same IP either way. So does Anyone have any Ideas as to what Might cause such non-sense?
