I have been using the 3200-H for about almost a year now. Great unit. Only problem was getting tech. help in the
begining from Cayman. But did find alot of help on newsgroups. I did try a few routers with a dsl modem that was
supplied by my ISP. But none of them did the job as well as the cayman. I set up 4 other cayman's for friends and they have had no problems.... Best bang for your buck......
Pro's = Fast, Easy setup, Built like a rock.
Con's = Tech help bad if you get the wrong person on the line. (ok if you do get the right person on the phone)
Price = Worth every penny.

We used the 3220 H for a while it has nice featues but it has one huge problem - it got stuck under heavy load or just once in a while and only a cold reboot solved the problem, if you web site is behind it it can be very annoying ...)

after long sessions with their support we ended using a netopia router instead

So far, so good

I too, have found that Cayman's tech support is lacking. However, I purchased my Cayman from a firm called Prime Services group which has its own tech support. »store.psg-usa.com/ I found the support there to be excellent and the service outstanding. No, I do not work for them! The documentation that comes with the Cayman was not great, but once I got over the hurdles, this has been a very simple install.

Great Documentation on Website

I had never used a router before, although I am computer literate, and I found the documentation on the website to be very well written and easy to understand. Great work!

Quite pleased with my 3220-H

I bought it in November of 2000 off of Ebay to replace my intenal SpeedStream. I paid $170 for a new one by being patient and watching for a deal. It's very reliable, and I'm very satisfied with it.
