Hijack this log

I tried running all the Anti-Malware programs in the FAQ, however all the download sites are blocked, and when I get them from a mirror, I can't update the program, because the malware is blocking the download. I also can't get to http://download.microsoft.com, as it's also blocked.

Here is my HiJackThis log, because I don't know what to do. Unless someone can post the most recent definition files for all the programs, I can't run them with any use. Avast is installed on this computer and I did a cold boot scan that did find 5 or 6 viruses.

Also whenever I click a link in google, it always goes to a 3rd party. There's obviously some shit on here.

Here's the log. Thanks guys.

Unable to remove virus... help?

I use AVG version 8 to scan my computer daily & it says i have a trojan virus under:

C:\WINDOWS\system 32\services.exe

it's been there for weeks and i can't figure out to get rid of it -_____-

The "Resident Shield Alert" is indicating that there are 5 viruses, all with the same information:

File - C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ndis.sys
Infection - Trojan horse Rootkit-Agent.Dl (can't tell if it's an I or an l)
Result - Object is white-listed (critical/system file that should not be removed)

& under all of that there are 2 options:

Remove selected infections
or
Remove all unhealed infections

but when i click either one, nothing happens
