3.0 Troubleshooting

First thing you should check is your modem signal levels at »192.168.100.1/signal.html. You can check your signal levels here: /faq/3412. Afterwards, check your coaxial cables. Check your splitters, as well; make sure they are free of any crud, and the connectors are tight. Those are some basic things you should check. If the issue escalates - you might want to take a look into your local cable operators forum. Be sure to check their FAQs, too.
