W.O.W. Fiber Optic DSDN is only available in Colorado, and traditional cable modems are in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.

For business class line (100Mbps/100Mbps), you should find a fast FTP server with a big (400+ MB) file. Let the MB/s rate settle and multiply by 8.192 to get your speed in Mbps.
Example: 3.01MB/s × 8.192 = 24.65Mbps
