Using an FTP client (such as CuteFTP or WS-FTP), enter the following information when setting up a site connection within the client:

•Location (notice "ftp" is NOT part of it): mywebpages.comcast.net or mywpages.comcast.net or upload.comcast.net (for old ATTBI users and Comcast users with upgraded PWP) myfilelocker.comcast.net, or myflk.comcast.net depending on the feature you wish to access

•Username: (your case-sensitive Comcast username)

•Password: (your case-sensitive Comcast password)

Using a web browser, enter the following in the address bar. Replace (username) and (password) with your case-sensitive Comcast username and password):

»ftp://(username):(password)@mywebpages.comcast.net -or-
»ftp://(username):(password)@myfilelocker.comcast.net

Note: To access all of your secondary accounts space along with the primary, login as your primary account for the FTP client.

Edit: Most users now are upgraded to the old ATTBI tier of service. If mywebpages.comcast.net doesn't work, update your FTP settings for upload.comcast.net .

Comcast also has FAQs on their site: »help.comcast.net

May want to add a warning not to "mix and match" by creating folders/directories using Comcast's html gateway. This can create folders you can't add files to using FTP and cause other file and folder permissions problems.
