Camino is a Cocoa-Based web browser exclusivly for Mac OS X. It was designed at a time before Apple's Safari browser, when it was either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla. Mozilla at that point was slow on the Mac. Camino was the preferred browser of mac enthusiasts until Apple created Safari. I personally still prefer Camino over IE and Safari.
