As the FAQ owner, I am required to approve all entries before they are shown to the public. Sometimes I will have to add the submitter's username to the title to keep formatting consistent; this makes for an easier to read FAQ. When I make any change to an entry it says it was edited by me.
Although I might change the formatting of an entry, I will not change the actual review. The only time that would happen is if offensive language was used, even then the changes will be very minor.
