It is in Alhambra, CA; Glendale/Burbank, CA; Park Cities, TX; South Miami, FL; Birmingham, AL Metro (Scientific Atlanta Areas only); Ft. Worth, TX; Kalamazoo, MI; and Newtown, CT. Most areas of the Eastern-Michigan region (Bay City, Saginaw, Davison, Whitmore Lake, and Monroe).
