As with many things, how your particular hardware and software configuration will react, may vary. Some users report no problems using Proxomitron while others report problems. Should you experience any problems, try this solution.
When you download a work unit, you should momentarily shut down your proxy server. For Proxomitron users this is as simple as going into Tools\Internet Options\Connections\LAN Settings and unchecking 'Use a proxy server for your LAN'. When the unit has downloaded, you can recheck the box. Remember to do the same when the WU is ready to be uploaded!
