For new and migrated users (you must change to these settings after migration). If not on SBC Yahoo (existing customers pre-September 2002 who have not migrated) keep using the old settings. Use the servers corresponding to your email address:
User ID requires domain (for both SMTP and POP) - that means use your full address name@domain.net for POP user ID. If using Netscape, use name%domain.net instead. Outgoing mail with these servers requires SMTP authentication. For more detailed instructions on all of the above, see: http://support.sbcglobal.net/email/

2013-04-01 20:55:44 When the http://support.sbcglobal.net is clicked on,no email advice for computers is given. It has all to do with balckbrerries and wirelesss telephones. I have to change my name on the smtp.att.yahoo.com outgoing server address. My name is: oakrueger and email address is: oakrueger@sbcglobal.net.
