Is it Free? (#244)
Basic monitoring is (was) free for signups prior to September 25th 2000. This does not mean accounts prior to that date, it refers to monitoring begun and continuously maintained since before that date. If free monitoring was interrupted and then re-initiated, it is no longer free. New signups cost 1 Tool Point per week, per module. If you are a member of a line monitor group e.g. »[Services] Member Line Stats, then the monitor is free.
