How do I set up a reverse DNS Record on an Enhanced Static IP account? (#14282)
This will not work on the legacy single static accounts from before 2000. ATTIS policy does not allow for r-DNS (PTR) records on basic single static accounts. You have two ways to contact the group that establishes the Reverse DNS records. The preferred method is to submit the online form found here: »dialup.pacbell.net/dn_worksheet.html Or call into DSL Provisioning at 800-833-2120 Options 1 and they should be able to get this set up for you.
