Because SP2 installs its own Bluetooth drivers, you may have to follow these steps to install the D-Link software, instead.•Go to the Device Manager and select Bluetooth devices. You will see a Generic Bluetooth radio entry. •Right click on this, and select Update Drivers. The Driver Update Wizard will come up. •At the first screen, you will be prompted to connect to Windows Update. Select "No, not at this time." •At the next screen, select "Install from a list or specific location." •Next, select "Don't search, I will choose the driver to install." •Then choose your D-Link driver, then click OK. After the driver is installed, click "Finish." You will now be able to use the D-Link software to configure the device.
