The winner,
DVD Decrypter, is a freeware program with great versatility. Unfortunately, it is no longer being developed. The last version, 3.5.4.0, can be downloaded from various sites online. Due to legal considerations, we cannot link you directly to a source. DVD Decrypter can perform a multitude of tasks, either as a standalone program, or in combination with other readily-available freeware.

It has the ability to directly call Ahead Software's
Nero to accomplish this task.
