Access your Broadband Router Configuration Page, Make sure the router is set to 'Obtain an IP Address Automatically', Set Router MTU to 1500, And leave Host and Domain Name blank - Save Settings after you're complete. Also Reboot your cable modem for atleast 30 seconds. Make sure both PCs NICs are set to Obtain an IP Automatically also.
