I recently had ordered DSL for my business through Qwest. After dealing with Flashcom, I was quite shocked to find my sales rep not only knowledgable, but very upfront as well. He told me what the (+)'s and (-)'s were when ordering a Line. Once my line was installed, I was quite surprised at the great speed I was getting. Although I may have paid a little extra for their service, it was well worth it. I had a little trouble getting my IP's straightened out, but their tech support were able to get up and running right after the Covad installer left. (And they picked up right away!) Bravo Qwest.

I ordered 384K DSL line from Qwest on September 15th.
They have to be the worst company I have ever done business with. My sales rep and intial provisioner never (and I mean NEVER) returned any telephone calls or emails after I signed the contract.
Qwest failed to coordinate their vendors/suppliers and caused me to miss work on 5 separate occassions when their contracters failed to show up. The contractors claim Qwest never provided them with the info and I belive them.
I would reccommend going with anyone EXCEPT Qwest.
When the line was finally delivered, Qwest had not "connected" it into their network so I still had no connectivity.
They are a complete waste of time.
Of course, I am a dissatisfied customer, but as a network architect, I know what minimum standards ot expect from service providers.
Qwest falls short - so short that I can't even see them on the scale.
