    I have been a member of A+NET for over a year. I run three computers from three IP adresses. Setup sent just as promised on the day scheduled. COVAD did the install. The service is fast and I have had only two problems.

    In the first, after three months of good service, my service was lost for over a month. They blamed COVAD. COVAD blamed A+NET. Back and forth we went. Finally, after doing the same thing for the tenthteenth time (they don't seem to keep notes about a problem), the tech said, "Oh, COVAD has been getting the pings? Hold." Ten seconds later, my DSL was back. They did refund the months service charge.

    The only other problem I have had is when they changed my gateway and did not tell me. One of my computers worked and the other two did not. I was then told that they had some problems and made some changes. How nice it would have been to informed the people that use the system!!

    Although they promised 24/7 customer support, I have found it impossible to get hold of them at times. Their voice mail just gives you the run around then hangs up on you. Some lines are not answered at all. At other times, when I did manage to get through, the tech knew nothing about DSL. They NEVER call back when they say. When you call them back (and get through) no one knows what you're talking about.

    Failed my every expectation - and I never got the service! I ordered, was
    told to expect a recontact in a week and to be connected two weeks later. I
    heard *nothing* for four weeks, was billed!, and, when I called was
    promised a response the next business day, but not to expect installation for 6 more weeks. It is now five days later and no response. What a bunch of f*ckups.

    I was not able to get DSL service from them but I did get great technical support and they even gave me a link to a provider that could get me connected.
    My experience thru email and telephone was great.
    I recommend this company to anyone who qualifies.

    These people simply lie. They are the worst. Never return phone calls, no one speaks English and they don't care. My DSL is so unreliable. STAY away from these people. They say SAIC is their client. It is a lie. They have not service at all. They do not even understand routers. Or how to help their paying customers. AWFUL ISP.
