I was originally with Lightrealm for an ISP and I had lots of problems with my connection due to their internal routers and dns. I switched to 2Alpha - which Qwest screwed up - 2Alpha helped me get things resolved with Qwest. I have never had any routing problems or down time since switching to 2Alpha. If you want speed, reliablillty and friendly people who know what they are doing - go 2alpha.

2alpha lives up to their claims. I've been using them ever since I got DSL
and I have no complaints *whatsoever*.
