Value for money:

I recently upgraded my service with Neon and the internet seems to work a lot better. However, I believe it to be still a little too slow for what I am paying.

It's always easy to get a hold of technical and customer support. In fact, anyone you talk to is very helpful and friendly.

Recently they have had a few outages. Nothing horrible. But paying close to $70/month for internet just seems insane. Especially with other ISPs offering similar products for half of the cost. I'm currently on a package that sports 1.5/384.

I get intermittent service nowadays when my firewall is in place. I'm not sure what's been done but sometimes the service is flawless and runs around 1100/300 and then it will be getting around 100/300. I'll turn my firewall off and I'll get around 900/300. Something has to have been done that's affecting download speeds...

All in all, taking the good with the bad, they are an average ISP.
