Online Exchange's tech support is excellent. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Originally our connection was through Northpoint, when they went out of business, OLE immediatly ordered our line through Rhythms. There web hosting and email services were setup within a few days of placing the order. Thanks for the fast service. The only problems we had were with Verizon and Rhythms installing the DSL line. This was not OLE's fault and they continued to push Verizon and Rhythms to get the line done right. We have had no problem with the service. We hightly recommend OLE.

On Line Exchange surpassed my expectations in getting my company back on the internet. The friendly salesman and I got off on the right foot and it seemed like a matter of days not weeks that we were again rolling on the Net. I'm lovin' my high speed connect (aDSL 608/128). It blows away my @home cable line I just got rid of. Sure it's a little more expensive than my @home was, but upload on @home was capped at about 60Kbps, my DSL line is at about 128Kbps. Much improved! =}

I received 1.54 Mbps connection for $399/month. The installation and ordering process was a breeze, and I purchased an Netopia R7100 from them with a static IP. From my experience in dealing with other ISP, On-Line Exchange is a cut above the rest. My sales person was extremely knowledgable and had a very good graps on the technology. The ordering and installation process went _MUCH_ better than the last DSL company I was with, and their tech support is outstanding!!! They came to me highly recommended to me, and I am glad to pass that recommendation on!!!

Even though @Link is in the process of falling apart, On Line Exchange was quick to call me and get me setup to change my line over to Covad.
Also, OLE hosts 3 websites for me and I have had absolutely no problems with my sites for the 3 years I've been hosting with them.

Other than having to wait a few months for the initital installation, I have nothing bad to report about my DSL service I have through Online Exchange. I am using their top speed business connection of 1544 Kbps sDSL. I also have a 8-port router which allows me 8 hook-ups but I am only using 2 right now.
The installer was able to connect me up in about 45 minutes. I only wish I could have it installed at home. I had AT&T @home service which I dropped because of poor service and high cost.

To clarify a few things
1 ameritech is having a hard time delivering circuits for everyone. It took them three try's to accually deliver the circut.
2 OnLine Exchange was very good with their customer support. They let me know what was going on and why.
I have been and will continue to recomend OnLine Exchange to all of my friends, family, and business associates.
