Ordered service on 1/15 was live within 3 hours of placing the call. The service is outstanding, very very fast speeds. She has the 100mbps both up and down package and it kicks ass. Pings are very low comparable with Surewest.
If only they had more of a coverage area, they'd kick comshit's ass and AT&T's ass.
Nevertheless Its nice to finally see some competition in this area.

I have both fiber optic broadband and VoIP with PAXIO and the service is superb. I get a 12 Mbps/12Mbps symmetric connection for my internet with consistent download and upload speeds for $48.95 and VoIP for $28.95. The sound is consistently clear, whether calling domestic or international land-line and cell phone. I was paying $77/month just for phone service before with SBC.
