UK ISP who I've been with since the beginning of October 2004 after migrating from another ISP on a 1Mbps 20:1 business connection. Excellent speeds 24/7, very, very helpful staff and outstanding cutomer support.
I regraded to 2Mbps 50:1 on Xmas Eve 2004 and again, the connection has been rock solid 24/7. I pay £38.99 for the 2meg connection, which is very good value considering it's totally uncapped and I'm getting speed test results of 1880+ for downloads and 244+ for uploads ..regardless of the time of day or night.
Short 3 month contracts are a bonus, but you stay on the price you signed up to until the price eithr drops, you leave or you regrade. Static IPs are free, whereas most ISPs charge a small fortune a month for one or more. 5 POP3 e-mail addresses, 100MB web space all included & also webmail, so you can check you mail regardless of where you are.
When problems arise the support, sales and the rest of the staff all get stuck in and work as a team to get the issues sorted ASAP. Hi-Velocity are reliable, trustworthy, honest and caring.
Just my view on my ISP.

Migrated to a 1Mbps connection @ £24pm and was connected in 5 days.
Superb support, they will do anything you want (usually for free) if you ask them.
IMAP, /29 subnet, 100MB webspace.....

A smooth move from previous ISP (Pipex) to Hi-Velocity, service ready to use as soon as telco had switched connection over.
Whenever I've wanted to talk to them support have always been around, 24x7 the phone is answered quickly by a human being.
Static IP, 2Mbit, 235kB/s download 24 hours a day, steady pings.

Just signed up with Hi-Velocity after moving home. I was looking for a
good and cheaper provider than my previous ISP Zen who I must add I never had
any issues with.
Ordering was a breeze; a phone call to Anthony of the sales department
had my order going through with a quick 7 day turnaround.
I had a small issue when I initially attempted to login to the service
but a quick call to support - where I actually had my call answered on the
first ring, no holding - where I was able to talk to someone who actually
knew what they where talking about. Everything was sorted really fast and I
have never looked back.
Speeds are really good, probably the best I have had yet on a 512
service.
Price for this service is only £19.49, POP3 email account, web-space
etc. Best of all the first three months are only £12.99 due to a special
offer that was available for new subscribers!
Overall this is a quality service from a great provider and one of which
I have already recommended to friends and shall continue doing so. Sales
to Support are first class as you actually get to speak to someone usually
straightaway and best of all they know what they are talking about.
So three cheers for Hi-Velocity!!!
