I own a very upscale Italian restaurant in Cherry Hill NJ. A friend of mine told me about Quasar Global and I called them to discuss Internet services. I spent about 1/2 hour on the phone with one of the owners who really drilled down to my current and future needs. I bought a 384K SDSL connection and Web hosting. After I placed the order, I was contacted by e-mail and by phone each week to update the progress of the order. The service was installed right on time and I was very impressed with the technical help I received (Also from one of the owners). I would highly reccommend Quasar Global for any business who wants reliable Internet service and great customer care.

I live out on a farm, way to far out for DSL service. The only choices I came up with were Dial-up (which had to go!!!), ISDN, Satellite or a T-1. I decided on a fractional T-1 (384K). When I signed up I was given my personal account rep. Any problems, questions or needs I was told to contact them. I liked that. No calling in and waiting on line for help and then being given over to a first level tech. Then to be told they can't help and send me somewhere else to sit on hold for another 30 minutes. I just called my account rep and she made sure that all my questions and needs were answered. The install went very smoothly. The only problem I had was a line problem with PacBell. They were able to fix it that day and I was up and running by the weekend. I had such a great experience that I decided that I want to work for them.

I ordered DSL for my home based business. I was a bit apprehensive about this because I had never heard of Quasar Global. I am happy to say that my service is installed and working perfectly. They provided the router at no charge and the install fee was pretty reasonable as well. They asked me to write a review and I thought it was the least I could do.
